ADMISSION TO THE MEMBERS’ MEETINGS:
Members will be required to produce their membership card for entry to the meeting. Once the meeting has commenced, no further members will be admitted.
TRANSPORT:
Members who require transport to this meeting should book this at the time of advance registering. Transport must be requested by 29th April 2025.

Voting in our Member Elections
Members who have registered for Postal Voting will receive your voting packs later this week. In them, you’ll find ballot forms and a statement from each candidate, plus a freepost return envelope. Thank you for voting for the member who’ll best represent you in future Society decision-making!
If you are not registered to vote and you’d like to vote in person, we have arranged several opportunities:
Braintree Quadrant:
Brambles Restaurant | Thurs 1st May | 10am – 3pm
Chelmsford Quadrant:
Brambles Restaurant | Weds 23rd April | 10am – 3pm
